Once your order has been placed, it is immediately prepared for shipping. When your order is ready for shipping and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number (FedEx for US and Canadian orders) and a link to view the status of your delivery/estimated delivery date. (Be advised cancellations/changes to orders are unable to be completed after this point).
Orders are estimated to arrive within 2-8 business days of shipment within the continental US. Orders for residents of Alaska and Hawaii are estimated to arrive within 10 business days. Orders for residents of Canada are estimated to arrive within 15 business days of shipment. We cannot offer expedited shipping
The duvet cover is machine washable. We recommend only washing the weighted insert by hand. For ongoing care, remove the cover before washing, and machine wash in cold water with similar colors, using non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry on low and cool iron if needed. The Gravity Blanket can also be dry cleaned.

30-Day Return Policy for Blankets*, Pillows, Duvet Covers, Gravity Sheets, and Weighted Robe
We want our customers to love their experience with Gravity products. If in the first month you conclude your purchase is not a good fit or that you would prefer a different product instead, we welcome you to request a return authorization by emailling customer experience at contact@gravityblankets.com and providing your order number and zip code. If you are returning more than one item, we ask you go through the process each time for every item you return so that you can get a label for each package if you plan on returning them in more than one box.

We use USPS for return shipping labels, but if you wish to use another carrier or find a cheaper shipping cost, please reach out to contact@gravityblankets.com and we would be happy to help with your return!
Be advised that returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, the return item must be undamaged (new condition), returned in its original packaging, and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and packaging. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you believe that your product has arrived with damage or defect, please contact customer service within 30 days to return items of poor quality for a refund/exchange. Please include a description and photo verification of the damage in your email.
We currently do not have a warranty on Gravity Products outside of the return policy window, but check out our FAQ's with information on how to best use and upkeep your Gravity items.
Wrong address disclaimer:
Kindly note that if an inaccurate address has been provided and not brought to our attention prior to delivery, Gravity Products is not held accountable and the order will be shipped to the address provided. Gravity Products will not provide refunds for wrong information that has been submitted by the customer. We cannot change the address after it is fulfilled, but if Gravity Products is contacted by a shipping provider to change your address or have your item returned to us before the item has been delivered, the customer is responsible for a $25 restocking fee unless your item is a duvet cover or a sleep mask, in which case you will receive a refund for the product returned minus a $10 restocking fee. If your item is returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information or due to refusal, you will receive a refund for the product returned minus a $25 restocking fee.
*customized items as well as Sleep Masks cannot be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable
